Empower Others With Light

Often it is hard to empower others because we struggle to feel confident in what we know. Most people don't want an expert in their lives. They want someone who knows only a little more than they do who can show them in a way that is easiest to understand. So don't stress about being an expert in your field.

As you study and learn your new trait, it is time to implement this and help those around you. Many people struggle with not wanting to bombard others with the new knowledge that they acquire. If this is the case, most people learn from examples. If they see you doing something, they then are open to the new idea of change.

I had to learn this the hard way. When I started on my healing journey, I wanted to share what I had learned with everyone. I was being helped in so many ways, and I wanted everyone else to get the same benefit. Some accepted and wanted to know more, while most didn't want to hear what I had to say. When this happens, our minds quickly go to "Well, I guess they are the ones that are going to suffer!". I knew what I had to share was important, so I had to put my pride aside and learn to empower others differently. I had to lead by example. What I was doing did not go unnoticed, and soon others wanted to know more. After a while, I was looking at as the expert in that field. I was genuinely able to empower others with the knowledge I had gained.

Start with something small that could benefit others. Ask yourself these questions?

  • Why do I want to share this?
  • Who would benefit from this?
  • How will this help others?
  • How can I present this so others will be excepting of what I learned?

This last statement I need to clarify a little more. I want you to remember that you are in no way responsible for how others respond. You are only responsible for how you respond. When we come from love and in their best interest, how they choose to respond is up to them. So when you ask yourself, "How can I present this so they will be excepting?', I am coming from the standpoint of not being overbearing yet intriguing for others to want to learn.

When You Become The Teacher, You Become The Vessel...

The next step is for you to learn to be the teacher. The knowledge I have learned, I don't even feel, is mine. Yes, I was the one that took the time and dedication to understand this, but I ultimately think that Heavenly Father is the true owner. He can use this knowledge (me) in any way he needs. Find ways you can be the teacher. When you become the teacher, you become the vessel.

Take 5 minutes and meditate on how you can share your message. Where can you share this for good? Who would benefit from this the most? After you have meditated on this, write it down on paper. I always tell my clients that when you write it down, it becomes law with the universe. Implement what you feel would be best and put it into action.

Remember, we are here to learn knowledge so we can help others. You have this power inside of you to change the world. You don't have to take it all on at once. You only have to take one step forward at a time. As you start to help and serve others, the feelings within you will swell. When we are giving service to others, we experience true healthy empowerment for ourselves and others.

In the following email, we will discuss the 3 principal I stand on while working with my clients. This one is just as important and "Giving Knowledge" and "Empowering Others." The last one is "Elevate Lives." Get ready because it is going to elevate you!
